The Reflex's designer, Mike Campbell-Jones, is well known as one of the pioneers of foot-launched paragliding in the UK. Mike taught Andy to paraglide back in 1993 and has coached Andy again through the ‘Foot Launched Microlight’ syllabus. Despite his incredibly busy schedule as he grows the Reflex/Vortex business and runs the Eagle Hotel (housing the Eagle Flight Training Centre) at New Radnor in Powys, he has given Andy invaluable assistance in developing the Firstnet Challenge.
